The Community Road Show is designed to change consumer behaviour towards food waste. Building on the success of the Love Food Hate Waste Cookery Demonstrations, the Community Road Show offers you an extremely flexible and cost effective alternative. The aim of this style of demonstration or workshop is to create a relaxed informal environment that offers help and useful advice on making food last longer, and provides the participants with inspirational ideas on how to create tasty snacks from ordinary everyday leftover food.

Using our expert chef, and with the help of a dedicated team, you can offer your chosen audience a whole host of advice and entertainment in whichever format you choose. It could be that a formal demonstration is required because you have invited the Women’s Institute or it may be that a children’s Cookery School is the order of the day when a class of pupils from the local school visit. Normally providing four or five one hour sessions per day you can choose what is appropriate for you and mix and match to create a day that best fits your chosen audience. The concept offers you the flexibility to design and build your own timetable incorporating the activities listed below that are appropriate for your chosen target audience.
